Returns & Replacements:

We understand that, on rare occasions, issues may occur during delivery.

If your order reaches you in a damaged, defective, or incorrect condition, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Our team will be happy to review your request and arrange a replacement or refund after verification.

Refunds:

Once approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Replacements, where applicable, will be shipped at no extra cost.

Helpful Notes:

To make the process smoother, we recommend sharing an unboxing video or photos when reporting an issue.

Products must be in their original condition for us to proceed with a request.

Delivery charges (if any) are not refundable.
